The theory test is comprized of 50 multiple choice questions, you answer these questions by using a touch screen and must get 43 and above to pass. If you answer a question and wish too change your answer, you will be give the option to go back to correct it.
The aim of this test is to see how quickly you can react to developing hazards.
The hazard perception test will take place directly after the theory test, it contains 14 one minute video clips which consists of various hazards.
These hazards will include various road conditions, pedestrians and other vehicles.
The highest score for each clip is 5 and your score depends on how quickly you identify the hazard by clicking the computers mouse.
To pass this test you must score 44 out of a possible 75.
The time allowed to complete both tests is 57 minutes.
NOTE: You must pass BOTH theory and hazard perception tests to be successful.
