Smart Choice Driving Test Prices

Along with paying for the booking of the practical test to the DSA, you will also be required to pay for the use of your driving instructor's vehicle as it will used for the test.

The practical driving test fees shown below, are inclusive of a 1.5 hour lesson before your test, use of the instructors vehicle, and collection and drop off at an agreed destination negotiated between student and instructor.

NOTE: All test fees must be paid for BEFORE the test is taken.

The price of the driving test, for the above test centres is charged at £95.

Driving test centres not listed above are charged at £100+ depending on distance.

Last minute test bookings are charged at £120.

NOTE: DRIVING INSTRUCTORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A STUDENT USAGE OF THEIR VEHICLE FOR A DRIVING TEST, IF THEY FEEL IN THEIR PROFESSIONAL OPINION THE STUDENT HAS NOT MET THE REQUIREMENTS TO TAKE THE TEST AT THAT TIME.
